Terms and Conditions

1.Please arrive ten minutes before your sitting time and let the staff know that you have arrived.

2.The table booking fee is a deposit which is fully refunded provided that all guests arrive in time.

3.If you have not arrived by the appointed time your table may be re-allocated to another party.

4.The booking fee will not be refunded if you do not turn up.

5.In the event that only part of your group turns up then a pro-rata amount will be refunded and your table may be changed to accommodate a smaller group.

6.In the event that you arrive late and your table is still available we will still serve you but please understand that your table may be reserved for a further sitting so you will have less than the standard table time.

7.Meal sittings are generally for one hour and twenty minutes and your table may be reserved for another sitting after this time. If you require a longer time or have any detailed special requests please ring to reserve.

8. GROUPON BOOKINGS can only be accepted with valid Groupon code and security code. Please enter these codes in to the special requests field along with your phone number. Your codes will be checked and your GROUPON booking will then be confirmed by email. Please note that this is an additional email to the Paypal confirmation email and the reservation confimation email, so in total you will receive 3 confirmation emails for Groupon bookings.
